Shipping policy

Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During busy or peak periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may extend to up to 7 business days — any delays will be noted on the shop homepage or in an announcement.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Total Estimated Time
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days from order date to delivery (5 days processing + 2–5 days shipping), or up to 12 business days during peak periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to USPS, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact USPS directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for compensation related to shipping damage.
  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, and file a claim directly with USPS.
  • We're happy to provide any documentation (such as proof of purchase) needed to support a claim with USPS, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for shipping-related loss or damage.

Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout. We recommend adding insurance for added peace of mind, especially for delicate or embellished items like felt charms and beaded keychains.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, and we're unable to issue a refund or replacement in this case. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order ships.
